Pick the track that fits your work.

Initiates pick one track on application. Guardians and above can hold a primary plus a secondary. Cross-track contribution earns credit in both.

Community

Moderate Discord and Telegram. Run regional meetups, AMAs, and Twitter Spaces. Create threads, memes, and visuals that carry the QoreChain narrative. The volume engine of the program.

Builder

Ship testnet dApps. Contribute example contracts. Run hackathon teams. File high-signal bug reports. The track for developers who learn by shipping, not by writing.

Bridge & Validator Ops

Run validator nodes. Operate bridge watchers across QoreChain's 38 connected blockchain ecosystems. Earn attestation fees alongside QOR. The path into the genesis validator set.

Research & DevRel

Long-form tutorials. Technical blog posts. Conference talks. Documentation. Active dev-support, on QoreChain channels and across Ethereum, Cosmos, Solana, and Move developer communities.

How rewards work

Each rank has a monthly QOR pool, drawn from a vested 1.5% / 67.5M QOR allocation in our tokenomics. Your monthly QOR equals your points share of your rank's pool that month. Points come from weekly quests, monthly track-specific duties, and quarterly campaigns. Top 3 performers per rank earn a 25% bonus.

Active Guardians earn.

Show up, complete duties, contribute consistently. The more active you are, the higher your points share of your rank's pool. Top performers earn bonus allocations on top.

Inactive? Paused.

Two weeks dormant means status paused. Resume anytime by becoming active again, no re-application needed. After two months of silence, the slot opens. At Captain rank and above, four weeks dormant means demotion to keep the regional ladder moving.

On-chain accountability

Every Guardian's track record is on-chain. Soulbound credentials cannot be transferred or sold. Every quest, every duty, every monthly distribution is recorded.

Privacy-preserving proof-of-personhood is required at Rank 2 (Guardian). Standard KYC is required at Rank 3 (Captain) and above, processed via the QoreChain Association in Switzerland.

Plagiarism, sybil claims, or fraudulent work trigger QOR clawback and Soulbound credential revocation. The transparent leaderboard at qorechain.io/guardians/leaderboard makes attempts at fraud visible to the entire community.
